Age

By law, people buying fireworks or any explosive must be 18 or over. By completing a purchase you declare that you are 18 or over.

Payment

Full payment is taken online when you order, through PayPal. Prices include VAT and are in pounds sterling.

Faulty goods

Please check your fireworks when you sign for them. If anything is noticeably faulty, refuse the delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund within 7 days. We cannot accept liability where products have not been used as instructed.

Cancelling

You can cancel up to 5 days after receiving your order by emailing SXFireworks@hotmail.com. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and outer carton, complete and dry. Fireworks must not be left with anyone under 18.

Refunds

Refunds are paid in pounds sterling to the card used. Carriage costs, including collecting returns, are not refundable.

Re-delivery

Every delivery must be signed for, or collected, by an adult. If we miss you, or the person receiving the fireworks is under 18, a re-delivery charge of £15 may apply.
