Delivery and collection
Order now and collect later, or have it delivered. Whichever you choose, an adult (18 or over) has to sign for it, and you may be asked for ID.

When it arrives
Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours. You get an email and a text when yours is on its way, and under normal circumstances it arrives within 3 days. We are one of the few firework shops that can deliver within a couple of days all year round, depending on where you are.
Not needed yet? Tell us the date at checkout and we will hold your fireworks until nearer the time.
Returns
You can cancel up to 5 days after receiving your order by emailing SXFireworks@hotmail.com. Fireworks must come back in their original, undamaged packaging and outer carton, complete and dry. Carriage costs are not refundable.
If we miss you, or the person who answers is under 18, a re-delivery charge of £15 may apply.

Yes. Most customers order online and collect later. You will be given the address of your nearest hub when you order. An adult has to collect.
