What we collect, and why
When you send a message: your name, phone number, your email and postcode if you give them, and your message. We use them to reply.
When you order: your name, address, contact details and what you bought, so we can deliver or hand over your order, take payment and keep the records the law requires.
Your basket is stored only in your own browser until you order or empty it. It is never sent to us. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores messages sent through it.
- PayPal processes payments.
- Our courier receives your delivery details.
How long we keep it
Messages are deleted after 12 months. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
